“Too much documentation!” Yes, there is a lot of paperwork involved, but we try to make it easy for your client to get all of their required documents to us, either taking pictures and uploading through our FairwayNOW app, or uploading directly through our secure online portal. Ask your Fairway loan officer to send you their app!
“The process takes too long!” It can seem that way, but we will do everything we can to ensure the process goes smoothly! Your clients can help by providing documents in a timely fashion (see below).
“Unable to Track Loan Status!” We will provide regular Loan Status Updates via email, text and phone throughout the loan process, to your clients and both sets of agents. Funds will be available 24 hours prior to closing.
“Too many people involved!” Yes, there are many people working on your client’s loan to ensure that they close on time with no issues. Your client(s) will be provided an additional point of contact along with their loan officer. Both will be available by phone, email, or text through the closing and beyond.
