This can be helpful for marketing photos and successful Open Houses.

Knowledgeable Handy-Person
For basic repairs, your sellers will be grateful you have someone to handle their “honey do” list!

Possible Home Inspection Pre-sale
Recommending this can be especially helpful when selling older homes-cuts down on the surprises!

Reliable Landscaper
To help with curb appeal and photos, similar to the Home Stager.

Cleaning Company
A thorough cleaning is a must, and often home owners cannot see, or smell, what you (and potential buyers) can.

Pet Sitter
Don’t let sellers leave pets behind during open houses.  If they don’t have somewhere to take them, you can help.
