Make or break a business in the digital age! How often do you visit online reviews before making a buying decision? Sharing our experiences, both positive and negative, is important for business and consumers alike. Learn how to leave reviews on various platforms below.

 

Several studies show that up to 95% of consumers read online reviews before making a purchase and 72% will not take action until they have read a review. However, consumers are more likely to write about a negative experience than a positive one.

Clearly, we wield a lot of power in determining the success of a business or service provider, and in helping our fellow consumer make informed choices in the marketplace.

Let’s make sure we all are doing our part!  Here is how to easily review a business on Google, on Yelp, and on Facebook.

If a business sends you a survey, be sure to fill it out, too. It’s a vital tool for understanding what is going right, and what needs improvement. Using both reviews and surveys, the marketplace really does rule.
