The Loan Process:
We provide regular communication via email and text to all parties regarding the status of the borrower’s loan as it reaches each milestone from initial application and appraisal through the closing.
We have partnered with The Real Estate Academy to offer ongoing CE classes to area real estate professionals at various locations.
We offer ongoing workshops and presentation in your office including, Social Media 101, How to Speak Millennial, and Understanding the Loan Process among others. Additional presentations can be tailored to meet your needs.
American Warrior Initiative “Boot Camps” – Fairway supports local veterans through CE trainings for real estate professionals to help them better understand how to serve their veteran clients. These events also serve as a way for FIMC to recognize and support local veterans with business grants, service dogs and other much needed items.
